Real Estate

Leads arrive faster than anyone can answer them.

Real estate technology consulting covers listings, lead capture and routing, follow-up automation and sales pipelines. The recurring problem in every brokerage is the same: enquiries arrive across portals, phone and WhatsApp faster than agents in viewings can answer them, and a lead answered two days late is not a lead.

Questions

Real Estate, specifically.

Anything not answered here, ask me directly on the call.

Buy, in most cases. The exception is when your sales motion genuinely differs from the market the CRM was designed for, or when the integration and automation around it matter more than the CRM itself, which for brokerages is more often than vendors admit and less often than founders hope.

Usually, by removing the updating. If a system asks agents to type in what it could have captured automatically from a call, a message or a portal enquiry, they will not do it, and they are right not to. The fix is capture, not training.

For the first contact and qualification, yes, and reliably enough that it beats a human getting there two days later, which is the honest comparison. It does not replace an agent on a serious buyer, and any system sold on that basis is being oversold.

Captured into one record with the source preserved, deduplicated against existing contacts, then scored and assigned. Knowing which portal actually produces closings, rather than which produces the most enquiries, is usually the first genuinely new thing a brokerage learns.
