We provide a multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables businesses to integrate WhatsApp Business messaging and related communication features into their own systems.
Our services are intended for business use only.
3. WhatsApp Business Integration
Our platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business Cloud API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
- WhatsApp onboarding is performed via Meta’s Embedded Signup flow
- Business and phone number verification are handled by Meta
- Use of WhatsApp services is subject to WhatsApp Business policies
4. Client Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree to:
- Obtain all required consents from end users before sending messages
- Comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure messages sent are transactional or operational in nature
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Send spam, unsolicited, or deceptive messages
- Violate WhatsApp, Meta, or applicable legal policies
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Attempt to bypass WhatsApp verification or safeguards
6. Data Handling
We process data solely to provide the services described. Client businesses remain responsible for end-user data and consent management.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be modified or suspended for maintenance or updates.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated, or if required to comply with legal or policy obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneTouchGrade shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
